This document explains the terms governing egubox.com, how EguBox processes personal information and which technologies the site uses. By browsing the site or sending an inquiry, you accept the applicable provisions of this document.
1. Controller and scope
The https://www.egubox.com website is operated under the EguBox brand, based in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. You can contact us at info@egubox.com.
These terms govern the website, its content and information requests. Services are also governed by the proposal, quote, statement of work or contract accepted by the parties. If there is a conflict, that specific agreement controls.
2. Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about our services and submit legitimate inquiries. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must have authority to share any third-party data or materials.
- Do not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, code or information.
- Do not introduce malware, automate abusive requests, scrape content at scale or use the site unlawfully.
- Do not impersonate others or violate intellectual-property, privacy or confidentiality rights.
3. Inquiries, proposals and engagements
Website information and preliminary responses are informational and are not an irrevocable offer, professional advice or guarantee of availability. A project is confirmed only when the parties accept its scope, price, schedule, deliverables, responsibilities and payment terms in writing.
Scope changes, integrations, licenses, infrastructure, taxes, third-party services, support and maintenance may require additional fees and time. Cancellation, refund, late-payment and termination terms are governed by the specific agreement and mandatory applicable law.
4. Intellectual property and client materials
The website, brand, copy, design, code, graphics and other content are owned by EguBox or used under license. No permission is granted to copy, redistribute or create derivative works except with written authorization or as permitted by law.
For client projects, ownership and delivery of code or other deliverables are determined by the applicable agreement and, unless agreed otherwise, transfer only after full payment. General know-how, pre-existing tools, reusable components, open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their original ownership and licenses.
Anyone providing copy, trademarks, images, data or other materials represents that they have sufficient rights and authorizes their processing as needed to perform the project. They are responsible for claims caused by materials supplied without authorization.
5. AI, SEO, advertising and results
Artificial-intelligence tools can produce incomplete or inaccurate output and require human review. EguBox does not guarantee specific search or AI-answer rankings, platform approvals, traffic, sales, conversions or campaign profitability. Results depend on external factors, budget, market conditions, competition, third-party policies and client decisions.
6. Third-party services and links
The site and client projects may depend on external providers, APIs, hosting, payment processors, AI models, advertising tools or open-source software. Their terms, availability, prices and policies may change beyond EguBox’s control. We do not automatically endorse or control linked external websites.
7. Availability, security and warranties
We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and secure, but no system is completely infallible. The site is provided as available and may experience interruptions, errors or outdated information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim additional implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or absolute freedom from vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EguBox is not liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunities, profits, data or reputation arising from website use, decisions based on general information or third-party failures. Liability for paid services is governed by the specific agreement; absent an agreed limit, it is limited to amounts actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.
Nothing in this document excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or waives mandatory consumer rights.
9. Personal information we process
When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, company, project type, message, language and anything else you choose to include. Infrastructure may log IP address, date and time, browser, device, referring URL, pages, interactions and security diagnostics. We do not request sensitive information and ask that you not include it in initial messages.
We also store your language, visual theme, and analytics-consent preferences locally on your device until you delete or change them.
10. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, manage pre-contractual or contractual relationships, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and, where consent is required, understand site usage and improve our services.
Applicable legal bases may include consent, requested pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests compatible with your rights. We do not sell personal information for money or use inquiry content to train public AI models.
11. Processors, recipients and international transfers
We disclose information only as necessary to providers that host the site, deliver email, provide analytics or technical support; advisers under confidentiality duties; authorities where legally required; or a business successor subject to appropriate safeguards.
We currently use Vercel for infrastructure, Resend for message delivery, and Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics for measurement when a visitor accepts analytics. These providers may process information outside Argentina. We seek to use reasonable contractual, configuration and transfer safeguards.
12. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to respond, assess or deliver a project, keep reasonable business records, resolve disputes and comply with law. We then delete, anonymize or restrict access to it as appropriate.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but Internet transmission is never completely secure. If we identify a relevant incident, we will act as required by applicable law.
13. Your privacy rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable law provides those rights. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Contact info@egubox.com; we may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect personal information.
Argentina’s Law 25,326 provides rights of access, correction, updating and deletion. If our response is insufficient, you may complain to Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights. EguBox will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
15. Children
The site and our business services are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that we received a child’s information without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Where legally permitted, the ordinary courts of Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, will have jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer venues or rights.
17. Changes, severability and contact
We may update this document for legal, technical or business changes. We will publish the new date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
